How is your pricing really fixed?
We've built more than 1,400 fences in Dallas, so we know exactly what each linear foot of materials and labor costs us. We publish those two numbers per build. Footage might shift after the site walk, but the per-foot rate never does.
What's in the materials cost?
Everything: pickets, galvanized steel posts, runners, footer boards, topper boards, brackets, one walk gate, nails, stain, sales tax, and material delivery. No surprise add-on lines.
Where do you build?
Anywhere in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro plus a ~20 km buffer. That covers Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, Arlington, Irving, McKinney, and most surrounding suburbs.
How long until you can install?
Most bookings turn into installs in 7–14 days. Every build then completes in 2–4 days on site.
What about HOA approvals?
We provide a stamped material spec for HOA submission free of charge. Many Dallas HOAs already have us on file.
Do I pay upfront?
No. We collect a refundable $250 booking deposit to lock your date and you pay the balance only after the fence is built and you've signed off.
